Founder & Director
Sun Mi Moon is the founder of frther, bringing together a background in architecture, real estate investment, and hospitality development.
Sun Mi began her career working on global hospitality projects with leading brands including Jumeirah and Langham, contributing to the planning and delivery of high-end developments. She later served as Executive Director at 8M Real Estate, where she led the asset and development management teams across a portfolio of hospitality and commercial spaces in Singapore with a focus on heritage and adaptive reuse assets.
Her work focuses on aligning vision with execution: bringing together design, operations, and capital to shape projects that perform commercially while remaining grounded in context. She is particularly drawn to hospitality and mixed-use developments where thoughtful integration leads to more resilient, enduring outcomes.
Sun Mi holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in hospitality real estate from Cornell University.
